Question 1

Are all cars inspected?

Accepted Answer

Every car comes with a full inspection report and clear photos, including any visible imperfections.

Question 2

Is the payment secure?

Accepted Answer

The payment is 100% secure because it is made directly to Sylndr, and the amount is transferred to the seller only after inspection and completion of the ownership transfer process.

Question 3

Can I negotiate the price of Sylndr cars?

Accepted Answer

All car prices at Sylndr are fixed and non-negotiable. We do not believe in offering different value to different customers based on their negotiation skills, and hence our fixed price assurance saves you from the unnecessary loop of negotiations and haggling and ensures you get the best deal upfront, right away. We use pricing data from the market and the detailed inspection report that we conduct on each car to arrive at a fair and fixed price so you can buy your favorite Sylndr Certified car with complete confidence.

Question 4

How can I apply for financing?

Accepted Answer

You can apply online on the checkout page after you have reserved your car. We have partnered with several financing institutions in order to provide you with flexible financing options. You will also be able to calculate your expected monthly installments online, depending on your preferred tenor, downpayment, and your choice of a plan type (with car sale ban, or without a car sale ban). Once you complete your online application, our team will process your application with the financing institutions and we will contact you to update you on the progress and status of your application.

Who is going to inspect my car?

Accepted Answer

Our own team of Sylndr Technical Experts will be performing the inspection. Our team consists of experienced automotive engineers using the most updated technology and instruments to build our detailed inspection report.
